Credit Intermediation Services

Lead Kash is registered to provide the following credit intermediation services:

Presentation or proposal of credit contracts to consumers
Assistance to consumers by performing preparatory acts or other pre-contractual tasks related to credit contracts that have not been presented or proposed by Lead Kash

Lead Kash is prohibited from receiving or delivering any amounts related to the formation, execution, or early repayment of credit contracts, in accordance with Article 46 of the RJIC.

The credit intermediation services provided by Lead Kash are free of charge for its clients. However, Lead Kash is compensated by the financial institutions with which it has binding agreements, and the amount of the compensation received is specified in the standard information sheet.
