INFORMATION OF THE PROCESSING
The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, (“GDPR”) and Law No. 58/2019 of August 8), ensure the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Under legal terms, “personal data” is considered any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, electronic identifiers, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.”
The personal data provided will be included in a file under the responsibility of Lead Kash, and the processing of this data will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection legislation, with appropriate technical and organizational security measures being applied.
Lead Kash maintains a database containing the records of its clients, composed only of personal data provided by the data subject themselves, which is collected and processed automatically by Lead Kash, the entity responsible for personal data processing.
Under no circumstances will personal data be requested regarding racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, political views, trade union membership, data related to health and sexual life, genetic or biometric data, or data related to sexual life or sexual orientation.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data processed will be used solely for the following purposes:
- To enable Lead Kash to act as a credit intermediary, in order to collect data for a credit proposal with a credit institution;
- To identify and manage the most suitable services for the specific case, as requested by the data subject;
- To manage insurance mediation requests made by the data subject, in collaboration with partner insurance brokers;
- Statistical analysis activities;
- Marketing, in case the customer has given their consent. (The sending of promotional communications or marketing actions regarding products or services from Lead Kash or partners that may be of interest to the user will be directed exclusively to users who have previously and expressly authorized such communication).
CREDIT INTERMEDIATION
The personal data provided to Lead Kash as a Tied Credit Intermediary will be used exclusively for processing credit application requests with the Banks and Financial Institutions with which Lead Kash has a valid binding contract.
Once the personal data is communicated by Lead Kash to the partner Banking Institutions, these institutions will act as the Data Controller, and the data will be subject to both automated and non-automated processing for the purposes of credit analysis, proposal presentation, and the signing of the relevant contract. In such cases, it may be necessary for the Banking Institutions to request the completion of a Personal Data Processing form.

INSURANCE MEDIATION
The personal data provided to Lead Kash in the context of insurance mediation will be used exclusively for processing insurance requests with the Insurance Companies with which Reorganiza Agora – Insurance Mediation Unipessoal, Lda has a mediation contract.
Once the personal data is communicated to Reorganiza Agora, it will act as the Data Controller, and the data will be subject to both automated and non-automated processing for the purposes of analyzing and presenting insurance proposals and executing the relevant contract.

Lead Kash ensures the confidentiality of all data provided. While Lead Kash collects and processes data securely, preventing its loss or manipulation, it uses the most appropriate techniques for this purpose.
Failure to respond to mandatory data fields will result in the inability to respond to the data subject’s request.
The legal basis for personal data processing for the aforementioned purposes, depending on the case, is the data subject’s consent, the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party (or pre-contractual measures), compliance with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interest of the data controller.
The data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for compliance with legal retention periods, and until the expiration of any potential liabilities of the data controller.

Lead Kash has implemented and will continue to implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of the personal data provided, aiming to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, and/or access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
Whenever processing personal data, Lead Kash commits to:

Use the data exclusively for the previously defined purposes;
